ABOUT
Therapy offers a safe space and dedicated time to foster meaningful change through deepening our understanding of how our life experiences may shape our emotions, thoughts and behaviours. My work is driven by a genuine belief that through self-
exploration everyone has the power to live their life with greater clarity and find meaning from
a deeper connection to oneself, other people and the world we live in.

My clinical experience includes helping people with a range of experiences, such as:
  • anxiety and stress
  • depression & isolation
  • burnout/work life balance
  • communication improvement
  • relationship challenges
  • mood changes/emotion regulation
  • parenting support
  • ADHD
  • self-acceptance and perfectionism
  • exploring various aspects of identity
  • intercultural and/or intergenerational navigation
  • trauma

I am deeply grateful to have over a decade of meaningful experience in the field of psychotherapy. I am trained in a number of effective therapy models and graduated with a Masters from the University of Toronto. In order to support each person’s therapeutic needs I am able to offer a tailored approach that incorporates various therapeutic approaches. I am authentic, warm, and compassionate, and at times may use humour to engage with my clients. As your therapist you will have my full attention, mindful presence and a connection where you feel seen, understood and supported to make impactful changes in your life.
