ABOUT

I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating behaviours. I have completed specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, all of which help guide my practice. 
 
I am able to provide virtual or in-person nutrition counseling where I take a non-diet and collaborative approach in supporting you to meet your nutrition related goals.
