ABOUT

Choosing to enter into therapy is an act of strength and a process of self-discovery. Finding a good fit and building a strong therapeutic relationship is the key to achieving goals and lasting change. As a facilitator, coach, and witness, I aim to create a safe and caring space to work through current concerns and explore the deeper emotional content that can unconsciously create a sense of disconnection from ourselves, others, or the life we want. Working collaboratively, we will identify underlying patterns and transform core beliefs and coping mechanisms that no longer serve. 
I take a person-centered, strength-based and experiential approach, informed by early attachment and neuroscience, with the goal of meeting clients where they are.
