ABOUT

As a compassionate and engaged therapist who effectively applies a holistic, integrative, and trauma-informed approach in Psychotherapy and Neurofeedback. I help clients heal from anxiety, panic, ADD and ADHD, depression, grief, trauma, dysregulation, and more. Additional specialties include adoption, family issues, work/career, illness, relationships, and life transitions.

My modalities include humanistic, psychodynamic, positive psychology, plus neuroscience and trauma-informed methods, all of which are informed by many years of diverse education, training, experience, and personal growth in these areas. I have an engaged approach within a process that gets results. I support you in creating awareness, meaning, acceptance, and positive change in your life.
