Hi, I’m Aliza – a psychotherapist and registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
 
I deeply understand the strength and courage it takes to acknowledge that something in your life isn’t working and to reach out for help. I would be honored to support you on your journey toward self-discovery, meaningful change, and healing.
 
With over 15 years of experience, I have worked with individuals and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including complex trauma, intergenerational trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, personality disorders, addictions, life stressors, relationship issues, and difficulties in school or work.
 
I am committed to providing a safe, supportive space where you can deepen your self-awareness, clarify your goals, and explore what may be holding you back from living fully. Every person is unique, and I take an eclectic, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to your individual needs.
