Welcome to Honest Love: Fertility & Couples Counseling Services! My name is Aidan Fyffe, and I am a Registered Social Worker and I provide psychotherapy, with a genuine passion for helping individuals and couples navigate their fertility journeys.

With a deep understanding of the emotional complexities surrounding fertility, I offer support to those who are in search of guidance and healing.  As someone who has personally faced the challenges and grief that accompany reproductive struggles, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. This lived experience has fuelled my dedication to providing empathetic and personalized counseling services to individuals and couples who are on their own fertility journeys.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Laurentian University, as well as a Master of Social Work from the esteemed University of Toronto. Throughout my 10+ years of experience, I have worked extensively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that inclusivity and a safe therapeutic environment are at the forefront of my practice.

I offer both virtual and in-person sessions to accommodate your needs and preferences. Through evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), grief and loss therapy, and a trauma-informed lens, I provide effective tools and strategies to support you. Whether you are facing challenges with infertility, navigating the complexities of pregnancy loss, perinatal mental health or seeking support as a couple, I am here to guide you with compassion and expertise.
