TREATMENT MODELS: Integrative, relationship-centered approach drawing from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), existential therapy, emotion-focused therapy and narrative therapy. Psychodiagnostic assessment. 
FEE: $250 for individual sessions, $280 for couple sessions

ABOUT

I offer psychotherapy for individuals and couples, as well as psychodiagnostic assessments, including ADHD and autism evaluations. I am passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming care and helping people cultivate more fulfilling relationships. I frequently work with challenges and transitions related to mixed-neurotype relationships, unproductive interpersonal and communication patterns, changes in relationship configuration, anxiety, existential questions, low self-esteem, attachment injuries, sexual difficulties, and more.

My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and highly relational, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to tailor sessions to your unique needs. My top priority is to create a space where we can be honest with ourselves and with each other, allowing us to approach difficult experiences with curiosity and kindness.
