ABOUT
Psychotherapy grounded in curiosity, compassion, and connection. I bring decades of experience as a mindfulness teacher and trauma-specialist bodyworker, along with a deep trust in our innate wisdom and capacity for healing. I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, chronic pain and illness, life transitions, and death and dying. My practice also welcomes questions of identity, belonging, meaning, and spirituality, including experiences of religious or spiritual harm. My work is relational, somatic, mindfulness-based, anti-oppressive, and disability-informed, shaped by both professional knowledge and lived experience. I offer a space to explore your experiences with care, reconnect with your own feelings and values, and develop greater self-trust, choice, and agency.
