ABOUT

Hello! I am a trauma-informed expressive arts therapist who draws on Internal Family Systems, developmental psychology, and a systems lens, to support you in re-storying your life, visioning for the life you want, getting out of stuck patterns, building supportive practices, drawing healthy boundaries, and exploring the themes, imagery, and symbols of your life.

I offer an attentive, intuitive, empathic space, in which to look at what elements influence your life as it currently is, as well as what brings you more alive and joyful, and how you want to design your life.

If you are interested in better understanding what has kept you stuck, understanding different parts of yourself and systemic forces on your life, using art to support you, and re-understanding your history, as well as receiving support in visioning and dreaming for your life, and building new plans and strategies, I would love to hear from you.
