ABOUT
If you're seeking a change-oriented, warm & supportive space to resolve stuckness, emotional pain, or improve your mental health, then my approach to therapy might be right for you. As an experienced therapist specializing in supporting people through meaningful growth, I create a safe, affirming space where you can explore, move forward, & thrive. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, I work collaboratively with you to navigate life's challenges & discover your innate capacity for healing & flourishing. Through our therapeutic relationship, we'll work together to create lasting positive change. By integrating mind & body approaches, we'll help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself while building practical tools for managing life's challenges.

I have spent over twelve years passionately supporting people as they move toward greater clarity, healing, and deeper connection with themselves & others. I feel deeply honored to accompany someone through their fears, challenges, and hurts, and help them experience healing and restoration. My clients often tell me they appreciate that I show up as a "real person" in our sessions, offering practical guidance while remaining deeply attuned to their unique needs and experiences.

I practice from an intersectional, anti-oppressive, LGBTQ2S + affirming framework. I welcome the full complexity of your intersecting identities and experiences. Understanding the unique intersections of identity, pain, and healing, I create a space where all aspects of your experience are recognized and affirmed.
Whether you're dealing with the impacts of trauma, grief & loss, exploring questions of identity, seeking deeper personal growth, wanting to feel more alive, or simply wanting to feel better, I'm here to support you in creating lasting positive change.
