ABOUT

Hello, I’m Becka, a social worker and therapist working virtually (Weeknights after 6) and in-person (Sundays 9-1). 

I work mostly with clients looking to address food and body issues, mood/anxiety disorders, and trauma,
but I am trained in a wide variety of therapies that can address a broad spectrum of concerns. Whether
through talk therapy, yoga, mindfulness practices, or creative expression, our sessions will be tailored to
support your unique path to healing. I am proud to support and affirm queer and trans, BIPOC,
neurodiverse, disabled, and plus/fat clients.

My style is gentle and non-judgmental, with a focus on helping you process stored memories, connect
with your inner child, and foster your innate wisdom and resilience. In our sessions, you choose how we
use your time, and you choose how deep we go on any given day. My goal is to meet you where you
are, and to help you advance on your own agenda.
