ABOUT

Hi, it's nice to meet you. I am Sneha, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

I strongly believe that, "We are all made of strength and struggle” - Brene Brown.  Sometimes when our struggles in life are long and painful it can make us forget about the times when we were strong. We may feel hopeless and begin to doubt if we have what it takes to pull through challenging life situations, and we start to believe unhelpful thoughts: we are doomed, stuck, worthless, unlovable, not good enough, or even a failure. You don’t have to face the pain alone. I hope to meet you where you are at and understand your challenges from a place of curiosity, gentleness, and compassion.

In my therapy practice, I use an integrative framework, combining Psychodynamic Psychotherapy with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I work through a trauma-informed lens to support diverse adults in areas of anxiety, self-esteem, depression, body-image issues, shame, relationship issues, immigration, grief, life transitions, and stress management.
