ABOUT

Hi – I’m Paige! I support individuals experiencing challenges with relationship/attachment patterns, family dynamics, low self-esteem, anxiety, school/career stress, depression, grief/loss, trauma, and life transitions. My approach begins with building a therapeutic rapport to provide space for exploring, curiosity, and healing. I practice from a framework that recognizes your individual strengths, is informed by attachment, considers neuroscience research, and is cognizant of any past trauma/circumstances that brought you here. Collaboratively, we will use a combination of evidence-based strategies to manage your current concerns and foster hope and resilience.
 
I completed my MSW at the University of Toronto, specializing in the treatment and prevention of mental health challenges. I have education and experience in; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), ACT for Trauma, Somatic – Based Interventions, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy.
