ABOUT

I have over a decade of experience working in mental health supporting adults and youth with trauma, PTSD, mood disorders and serious mental illness. My holistic approach combines a variety of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy and Neurofeedback. I also have extensive coach training with specialties in relationships and sexuality. I am a certified 100Hr Meditation Teacher, 300 Hr Yoga Teacher and incorporate mindfulness and body-centered approaches into my practice
I help clients to address emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, relationship and attachment issues, sexuality and intimacy, career changes and self-care. I use various therapeutic approaches that are tailored to your unique journey. We will work together to deepen your self-awareness, resilience and understanding of the connections between your inner and outer world. I take a strengths-based approach to leverage your skills, resources and support thriving towards your individual goals.
My approach to the healing journey is guided by my values of self-compassion, connection, community and the power of listening to the body's wisdom. As an Occupational Therapist, I welcome exploration of what activities provide you a sense of meaning and pleasure and use the therapeutic process to foster engagement and enjoyment in your life.
