ABOUT

Daniel Pauly is a Registered Psychotherapist with a doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto. Over the last 10 years, he has helped individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, body image concerns, obsessive-compulsive-related issues, and major life changes (e.g., grief and loss). He practices from a number of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioural therapy, interpersonal therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy—whatever best suits the person he’s working with.
