ABOUT
I work with adults navigating the impacts of childhood relational trauma and attachment wounds to help them build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

These early experiences often show up later as self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, or difficulty with vulnerability, boundaries, and self-worth. You may have developed strategies that once helped you survive in a chaotic or emotionally unpredictable environment—but now, they might feel like they’re holding you back.

You might find yourself overthinking, prioritizing others without even realizing it, or feeling like you're falling short—no matter how much you're doing. You may struggle to trust yourself and others, unsure of how to show up authentically in relationships. You might keep others at arm’s length—not because you don’t want connection, but perhaps because closeness hasn’t always been consistent, safe, or easy to trust. Over time, this can leave you feeling unseen, disconnected, or unsure of who you are outside the roles and expectations you’ve carried for years.

When these patterns have been with you for a long time, it can be hard to imagine another way of being. Therapy offers space to reflect on these long-standing patterns, make sense of them, and gently explore new ways of relating.

My approach to therapy is relational, gentle, and insight-oriented. I prioritize building a strong, collaborative therapy relationship grounded in authenticity, compassion, and curiosity. Together, we’ll create space for all parts of you—including those that may have felt silenced, dismissed, or overlooked. We’ll explore the experiences that shaped how you relate to others and to yourself, and work toward softening survival strategies that no longer serve you—making room for more clarity, self-trust, and meaningful connection.
